Responsibility
- Provide courteous and efficient luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests
- Operate hotel vehicles safely to transport guests to and from designated locations
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized luggage storage area
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Coordinate with front desk and concierge teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols while operating vehicles and handling luggage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 50 lbs)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of local tourist attractions and transportation routes
