Responsibility
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA therapy programs for children with autism and other developmental disorders.
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in clinic, home, or school settings, adapting strategies to meet each childâs unique needs.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent progress tracking and goal alignment.
- Collect and analyze data on child progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to maximize outcomes.
- Provide parent training and support, empowering families to reinforce therapeutic strategies at home.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment that fosters trust, growth, and engagement for children and families.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or a related field (Masterâs degree preferred).
- Certification in ABA therapy (e.g., BCBA, BCaBA, or equivalent) or willingness to pursue certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disorders.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, techniques, and data collection methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children with special needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
