Responsibility
- Provide expert beauty consultations to clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable treatments.
- Assist medical professionals during aesthetic procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Upsell treatments and products to clients, enhancing their experience and contributing to clinic revenue.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and follow-up procedures to ensure optimal results.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in beauty and medical aesthetics.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Beauty Therapy, Nursing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a beauty or medical clinic is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
