Responsibility
- Provide expert beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations to customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotions to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure the beauty counter or store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma (SMU), Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
