The Clinic Beautylosophy is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Beauty Consultant & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Bali’s most vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this dual role, you will blend your passion for beauty with strong organizational skills to deliver exceptional client experiences while ensuring smooth administrative operations. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing expert beauty advice, managing appointments, and maintaining meticulous records to support our high-end beauty clinic’s operations.

Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, recommending treatments, skincare products, and wellness services tailored to their needs.
- Manage client appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups using clinic management software.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment histories, preferences, and feedback.
- Assist in inventory management, tracking product stock levels, and coordinating orders with suppliers.
- Handle front-desk operations, including greetings, check-ins, payments, and resolving client inquiries.
- Collaborate with beauty therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on client bookings, sales, and administrative tasks.
- Uphold clinic hygiene standards and ensure a welcoming, professional environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in beauty consulting, customer service, or administrative roles (preferably in a salon, spa, or clinic).
- Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic POS/clinic management systems.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Passionate about client satisfaction and delivering a luxury experience.
- Diploma or certification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or related fields is advantageous.
- Flexible to work evenings or weekends as required by clinic hours.
