Responsibility

  • Welcome and assist clients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable experience from arrival to departure.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using clinic management software.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about treatments, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client records, including treatment histories and preferences, while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash/credit transactions with precision.
  • Coordinate with beauty therapists and medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and client flow.
  • Uphold clinic cleanliness and presentation standards, including reception area, waiting lounge, and retail displays.
  • Assist in inventory management for retail products and promotional materials.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in a beauty clinic, spa, or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a polite and professional tone.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high-volume client interactions efficiently.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and quick adaptability to clinic software.
  • Impeccable grooming and a passion for the beauty industry, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields is a plus.
