Responsibility
- Provide expert skincare and makeup consultations tailored to individual client needs, skin types, and preferences.
- Drive sales targets by recommending products, upselling, and promoting seasonal campaigns or new launches.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium, personalized experience that builds brand loyalty.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of all skincare, makeup, and beauty tools in the portfolio, including ingredients, benefits, and application techniques.
- Conduct live demonstrations and tutorials for clients, showcasing product efficacy and usage.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Track inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging beauty innovations to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, beauty advisory, or a related customer-facing role (preferably in luxury or cosmetics).
- Strong knowledge of skincare and makeup, including product ingredients, skin concerns, and application techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proven sales and target-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
