As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized consultations, expert product recommendations, and professional skincare advice. Responsibility
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients, identifying their needs and recommending tailored product solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and makeup applications to showcase the benefits of our premium beauty lines.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and exceptional service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with the retail team to plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and workshops.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation, including product displays, cleanliness, and inventory management.
- Gather and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in beauty retail, skincare consulting, makeup artistry, or fitness/wellness sales.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Deep knowledge of skincare ingredients, treatments, and trends, with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards aligned with luxury brand expectations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in high-traffic retail locations.
