Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty trends.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotions to drive brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service (preferably in cosmetics).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for beauty products, skincare, and makeup with a willingness to learn.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail software is advantageous.
