Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques for skincare, makeup, and fragrances.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling strategies.
- Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing retail space, including merchandising and inventory management.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and exceptional service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and brand promotions to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
- Handle cash transactions, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service (preferably in cosmetics or luxury brands).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for beauty products and a willingness to continuously learn about new trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven sales and upselling skills with a track record of meeting targets.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
