Responsibility
- Provide expert skincare consultations and personalized product recommendations to clients.
- Demonstrate and promote cosmetics and skincare products through engaging in-store presentations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ingredients, benefits, and application techniques.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in line with brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute promotional events and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor, Makeup Artist, or in a similar retail beauty role.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and beauty trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets in a retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Certification in cosmetology, esthetics, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are an advantage.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay updated on the latest products and techniques.
