Responsibility
- Store Leadership: Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive store profitability by meeting and exceeding sales targets through strategic promotions, upselling, and customer engagement.
- Customer Experience: Uphold the highest standards of service, resolving inquiries and complaints while building long-term client relationships.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee stock levels, product displays, and visual merchandising to align with brand guidelines and seasonal trends.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Financial Management: Monitor expenses, cash handling, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to company policies, health/safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Local Market Engagement: Develop community partnerships and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility in Bali’s competitive retail landscape.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years in retail management, preferably in luxury or optical industries.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
- Sales Acumen: Strong track record in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building customer loyalty.
- Operational Excellence: Experience in inventory management, financial reporting, and store operations.
- Communication: Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in POS systems, retail software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
