Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clientele, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

- Maintain store presentation standards, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Assist in stock replenishment, pricing updates, and promotional activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and luxurious store atmosphere.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to team goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in luxury or fashion brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong sales acumen and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High attention to detail and a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
