Responsibility
- Provide expert beauty consultations to customers, including skincare analysis, product recommendations, and makeup application tips.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.
- Ensure the retail space is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotions to attract and retain customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and beauty techniques to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, beauty, or customer service roles, preferably in the cosmetics or skincare industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping customers.
- Knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty trends, with the ability to learn quickly about new products.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with excellent grooming standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail schedules.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Certification in beauty, cosmetology, or related fields is a plus.
