Responsibility
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Host and facilitate interactive cultural activities, workshops, or performances that align with The Bazaar’s theme.
- Share insightful stories, traditions, and local knowledge to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the events and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of daily activities and special events.
- Maintain a high standard of guest service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down activity stations, ensuring all materials and spaces are well-organized.
- Uphold the venue’s aesthetic and cultural integrity by adhering to branding and presentation guidelines.
- Gather guest feedback and communicate insights to improve future experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, tourism, event hosting, or a related guest-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Passion for cultural exchange and a strong interest in Bali’s traditions, arts, or history.
- Outgoing, confident personality with the ability to captivate and engage diverse audiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain composed in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in public speaking, performing arts, or customer service is highly desirable.
