Responsibility
- Assist in preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, under supervision.
- Learn and adhere to standard bar operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system usage.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages to the bar manager.
- Provide attentive and friendly guest service, ensuring a memorable experience for every patron.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure seamless service during peak hours and special events.
- Participate in training sessions to expand knowledge of mixology, wine pairings, and industry trends.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service and age verification.
Qualifications
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a strong desire to learn bartending skills.
- Basic knowledge of beverages, cocktails, or bar operations is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., beverage crates).
