Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to CRATE CAFE’s standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests, addressing their needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including the bar area, tables, and service stations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with precision.
- Educate customers on menu items, including specials, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup, restocking, and end-of-day cleaning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista, Waiter, or in a similar customer service role (preferably in a café or restaurant).
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso, latte art, and brewing methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory.
- Familiarity with POS systems and order management software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
