Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of Tealive beverages, including signature bubble teas, coffees, and specialty drinks, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, blenders, and other barista equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Process cash and digital payments efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and handling customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist in daily opening/closing procedures.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, techniques, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, preferably in a high-volume café, bubble tea shop, or similar F&B establishment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation, including brewing methods, milk steaming, and drink customization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus.
