Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to Tealive's standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, seating area, and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell products and promotions to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
