Responsibility
- Prepare and serve O'Briens signature sandwiches, salads, and beverages with consistency and flair.
- Operate espresso machines and other café equipment to craft high-quality coffee beverages.
- Provide warm, attentive customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the team to manage inventory, restock supplies, and minimize waste.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices for service excellence.
- Uphold the brand’s values and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a café/restaurant setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for coffee, food, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
