Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned villas, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all guest services.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations, to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for each visitor.
- Monitor and maintain villa facilities, coordinating repairs and upgrades to uphold luxury standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and local partners to ensure high-quality services and cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and inventory to optimize villa profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in villa or hotel management, with a strong background in guest services and operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Proficiency in property management software and basic financial reporting tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of local culture, tourism trends, and luxury hospitality standards in Bali.
