Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages using premium ingredients and professional equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to international clients in a luxury showroom environment
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas
- Educate customers about our coffee offerings and make personalized recommendations
- Collaborate with the retail team to create a seamless customer experience between beverage service and furniture viewing
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all sales
- Participate in product knowledge training for both coffee and furniture collections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume or premium establishment
- Expertise in operating professional espresso machines and grinders
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Passion for customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
