Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relaying them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to restaurant standards for presentation and quality.
- Process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments) using POS systems and provide receipts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting tables and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
- Assist with opening/closing duties, including cash reconciliation and inventory checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and reconciling daily sales.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 10 kg (e.g., trays, supplies).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required (training provided).
