Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality bubble tea and other beverages according to Tealiveās standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and ingredients.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Promote Tealiveās products and engage with customers to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Tealiveās standards and procedures.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
