Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality Tealive beverages, including bubble tea, coffee, and other specialty drinks, according to brand standards.
- Ensure all ingredients and equipment are properly stocked, cleaned, and maintained for smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demand while maintaining speed and accuracy.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, in a café, or in a similar hospitality role (fresh graduates with a passion for the industry are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including coffee brewing techniques and bubble tea making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and peak hours.
- A positive attitude, team player mindset, and willingness to learn and grow with the brand.
