Based in high-traffic locations across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta, you’ll engage with a diverse clientele, from locals to international tourists, ensuring every visit to Tealive is memorable. Responsibility
- Prepare and serve Tealive’s signature beverages, including bubble teas, coffees, and smoothies, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries or special requests.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations with accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, techniques, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, Café Staff, or in a similar role (fresh graduates with a passion for F&B are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail in beverage preparation, presentation, and customer service.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for the F&B industry.
