Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality tea, coffee, and other beverages according to Tealive’s standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, blenders, and other barista equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, brewing techniques, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista, server, or in a customer-facing role (preferably in cafés, restaurants, or QSRs). Fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply!
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay composed under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea preparation is advantageous but not required (full training provided).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Attention to detail, especially in drink presentation and order accuracy.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the brand.
