Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of tea, coffee, and signature beverages according to Tealive’s standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional, and efficient approach.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the POS system accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and tracking ingredient levels.
- Upsell menu items and promote seasonal specials to enhance customer experience and sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role (training provided for motivated candidates).
- Passion for tea, coffee, and customer service with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay composed under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is advantageous.
- Certification in food safety or barista training is a bonus.
