Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, pour-over, and specialty drinks, adhering to high-quality standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, and assist in restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and new menu items to enhance service quality.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately while providing efficient service.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and beverage preparation.
