Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive café experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment, countertops, and seating areas.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage daily sales reports accurately.
- Educate customers about coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu offerings to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing sales reports.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
