Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to company standards.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and provide accurate change.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee station and cashier area.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and tracking product levels.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance coffee-making skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or cashier is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., coffee bags).
- Positive attitude and teamwork spirit to contribute to a supportive work environment.
