Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to Blue Bottle Coffee standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition.
- Educate customers about different coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance coffee knowledge and barista skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about specialty coffee.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.
