Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other barista equipment with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor in a multicultural environment.
- Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Restock supplies, clean workstations, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Educate customers about menu items, promotions, and coffee origins.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Certification in food safety or barista training is an advantage.
