Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Educate customers about different coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu options.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality coffee.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
