job description

This is your chance to work behind the scenes in some of Bali’s most iconic venues, supporting bartenders and ensuring smooth, seamless service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
As a Bar Back, you’ll be the backbone of our bar operations, assisting with stock management, glassware handling, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This role is perfect for those who thrive in dynamic settings, enjoy teamwork, and are eager to grow in the hospitality industry.
Bali’s booming tourism industry offers unparalleled opportunities for career advancement, networking, and skill development. Whether you’re based in the trendy beach town of Canggu, the cultural hub of Ubud, or the bustling nightlife of Kuta, you’ll be part of a team that values professionalism, creativity, and a passion for hospitality. Plus, enjoy the perks of working in paradise—think stunning sunsets, a diverse international crowd, and a supportive work culture.
If you’re detail-oriented, physically fit, and ready to dive into the heart of Bali’s hospitality scene, we’d love to hear from you.
