As a Banquet Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, coordinate with various departments, and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to work in some of Bali's most prestigious locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all banquet events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and lead the banquet team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain banquet business.
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure that food and beverage offerings meet the expectations of clients and guests.
- Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including budgets, invoices, and client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in all banquet operations.
- Resolve any issues or complaints from clients or guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve banquet services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in using banquet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
