Responsibility
- Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing goods in warehouse or storage areas.
- Operate manual or automated equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) to move materials safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for damage or quality issues.
- Label, sort, and pack products according to company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report malfunctions promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments (1+ years preferred).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
