Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using advanced inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize losses and improve accuracy.
- Generate detailed reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and other key metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve inventory-related issues promptly.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in inventory management and control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
