Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of production engineers and technicians to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Monitor production processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance, to streamline operations.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of workplace safety and environmental responsibility.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
