Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote banking products and services.
- Identify customer needs through consultative selling and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Stay updated on banking products, promotions, and industry trends to deliver informed recommendations.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (banking/financial sector is a plus).
