Responsibility
- Process various banking transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and bill payments.
- Maintain high standards of cash management and security protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services based on individual client needs.
- Ensure branch records and transaction logs are organized, updated, and balanced daily.
- Strictly adhere to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
- Assist in branch operations and administrative tasks as required by the Branch Head.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in banking or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical ability and high level of accuracy in handling cash.
