Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive bancassurance product sales.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance and investment products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Conduct financial consultations and presentations to educate clients on product benefits and features.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, banking, or financial services (preferably in bancassurance).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and engage with clients across different locations in Bali.
