Responsibility
- Actively engage with banking partners to identify and cultivate potential clients for insurance and investment products.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to understand clients' current situations, goals, and risk appetites.
- Present and recommend appropriate Sun Life Grepa Financial products, including life insurance, health insurance, and wealth management solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling and relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and bank personnel to foster trust and ensure excellent service.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice.
- Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field (e.g., Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics).
- At least 1 year of proven working experience in sales, preferably within the bancassurance, insurance, or financial services industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using basic office software (MS Office Suite).
- Possesses a customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to ethical conduct and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners.
