Responsibility
- Conduct proactive sales and marketing of Panin Dai-Ichi Life’s insurance products through Panin Bank branches in assigned Bali regions.
- Provide personalized financial consultations to bank customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for bancassurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff, branch managers, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and regulatory changes in the insurance and banking sectors.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, client documentation, and compliance records in a timely manner.
- Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and performance reviews to enhance skills and productivity.
- Uphold company values and ethical standards in all client interactions and business dealings.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or insurance (preferably in bancassurance or financial advisory roles).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with insurance products, banking operations, and financial regulations in Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) and travel as required.
- Possession of or willingness to obtain relevant insurance certifications (e.g., AAJI, OJK).
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
