Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Sun Life’s bancassurance products through banking partnerships in Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank managers, staff, and key stakeholders to drive product adoption.
  • Conduct financial needs assessments for clients and recommend tailored insurance and investment solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying and converting high-potential leads.
  • Provide training and support to bank staff on Sun Life’s products, features, and benefits.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all bancassurance operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bancassurance, financial advisory, or sales within the banking/insurance sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and partners effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, financial planning, and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
