Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with bakery machinery, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Install and commission new bakery equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of bakery equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client concerns and provide technical expertise.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in bakery equipment technology and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a technician, preferably in the food processing or bakery equipment industry.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with bakery equipment and machinery is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region as required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
