Responsibility
- Lead and supervise bakery café staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, service standards, and operational procedures.
- Achieve sales targets by implementing promotional strategies and upselling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail, F&B, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of bakery or café operations is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office).
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
