Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of bakery products, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure adequate stock.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and utensils.
- Follow recipes and production schedules to meet daily bakery demands.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth bakery operations.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance baking skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bakery or similar food service environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
