Responsibility
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality, consistency, and presentation expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
- Develop and test new recipes to enhance the menu offerings.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a baker, pastry cook, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
