Responsibility
- Develop and implement B2C marketing campaigns targeting health plan members across digital and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with data teams to segment audiences and personalize messaging for maximum engagement.
- Optimize member acquisition and retention strategies using performance metrics and A/B testing.
- Create compelling content (emails, social media, ads) that educates and motivates members to take action.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to refine strategies.
- Partner with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of healthcare industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, or marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with global teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
