Responsibility

  • Develop and implement B2C marketing campaigns targeting health plan members across digital and traditional channels.

  • Optimize member acquisition and retention strategies using performance metrics and A/B testing.
  • Create compelling content (emails, social media, ads) that educates and motivates members to take action.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to refine strategies.
  • Partner with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of healthcare industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
